The hip-hop rapper and record producer SEAN LOVE COMBS, best known as “DIDDY” in the entertainment industry faces lawsuit for sexual assault allegations from an American model CRYSTAL MCKINNEY. The assault which happened in 2003 is the latest charge filed against Diddy amidst CNN obtaining a disturbing video of him assaulting his girlfriend CASSANDRA ELIZABETH VENTARA known as Cassie in the music and modeling industry. Things are not looking good for Diddy as a free lance legal affairs journalist Meghann Cunif said the accuser has evidence against the accused.
Crystal McKinney said as she attended Diddy’s 2003 social event after party, she was drugged and assaulted by the hip-hop mogul as she found herself violated in a taxi the next morning. She decides to keep the clothes she wore for the event in a wrapped rubber bag as evidence when she files a case against him. As she knows Diddy is known for getting away with assault accusations which have no evidence to pin him.
Over the years, Diddy is known to be accused by several ladies for drugging and sexual assault of which one is his own girlfriend Cassie. He took to Instagram to apologize to Cassie for the assault as an embarrassing video of the assault was obtained by CNN. He also explains himself in an obscure manner which leaves people in awe. Diddy’s obscure words to the previous charges against him in November 2023 was that “I was disgusted then when I did it and I’m disgusted now” . He claims to seek medical help to fix himself, trying to gain sympathy from people through the apology but Crystal refuses to succumb to his ploy.
She filed the charges against him in the Southern District of New York seeking for compensation for the crime committed against her and the trauma she faced as a women.
Sean love Combs has not reacted to the lawsuit harshly as the plaintiff has evidence against him.
