Gordon Ramsay talks about a bike accident that happened recently. On Saturday (June 15), the 57-year-old Kitchen Bad dreams took to Instagram to flaunt his severely swollen body after the mishap and to firmly urge devotees to continuously wear a protective cap.
Gordon stated in the video that he was riding in Connecticut earlier this week when he had the “really bad accident.” He went to the hospital for treatment, but he was fortunate not to break any bones.
“It truly shook me,” Gordon said about the mishap. “Truly, I’m fortunate to be here. Presently, from those unbelievable injury specialists, specialists, attendants and the emergency clinic that cared for me this week, they were astonishing.
However, you absolutely must wear a helmet. It doesn’t really matter to me how short the excursion is. I don’t mind the way that these protective caps cost cash. But they’re important. Even on a short trip with the kids, you must wear a helmet.”
“Presently, I’m fortunate to remain here. I’m in torment. It’s been a rough week,” Gordon continued, revealing his severely bruised ribs by raising his chef’s jacket. “Also, I’m somewhat traversing it.
However, I am unable to emphasize how crucial it is to wear a helmet. In the subtitle of the post, Gordon expressed, “I’m appreciative for every one of the specialists, medical attendants and staff at Lawerence plus Commemoration Clinic in New London who took care of me and looked at me, yet generally grateful for my protective cap that saved my life.”
