The family of a taxi driver who was allegedly shot and killed by a policewoman at Tetegu in the Greater Accra Region has expressed deep anger and sorrow, calling for justice over the tragic incident.

The deceased driver, identified as Kwesi Dada, reportedly died after an altercation with the police officer on January 19, 2026. According to family members, the shocking incident has left them devastated and searching for answers about what led to the fatal shooting.

Speaking in an emotional interview, the brother of the late driver said the family is still struggling to come to terms with the circumstances surrounding the death. He questioned why the situation escalated to the point where a firearm was used, insisting that his brother did not deserve such an outcome.
