A close family friend of the 3-year-old boy killed in Lilwin’s horrific accident has expressed his disgust with the comedy actor’s court bail.
Lilwin was detained only a few hours ago by police at the Manhyia Divisional Police Command’s Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD).
His arrest was tied to a recent accident involving the vehicle he was driving, which killed a three-year-old boy.
He was granted GHS 50,000 in court bail plus two sureties just hours after being arrested.
Following this latest development, the family friend who also serves as their personal pastor has lashed out at the actor.
Speaking on Angel FM, the man claimed that Lilwin was discharged from the hospital last Wednesday.
But he refused to go home only to avoid being arrested.
According to him, Lilwin was driving inebriated when the collision occurred.
He further stated that bottles of alcoholic beverages were discovered inside his car’s boot.
The enraged man further claimed that Lilwin purposefully struggled to walk when police invaded Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital to arrest him.
The pastor further emphasised that the late Nana Yaw was sitting in the back, not the front, of his father’s automobile when the tragedy occurred.
