Justice Yonny Kulendi Urges Lawful, Informed Migration As Immigration Formulae Book Is Launched
Justice Emmanuel Yonny Kulendi, a member of the Supreme Court of Ghana, has called on Ghanaians to pursue lawful and well‑informed pathways when considering migration abroad. He made this appeal at the launch of a new book titled The Immigration Formulae: Rules, Packaging and Strategy in Accra.
Speaking at the event, Justice Kulendi emphasised that many prospective migrants make costly mistakes because they rely on rumours or incomplete information about visa rules and immigration procedures. He urged those planning to travel, study or work overseas to verify requirements carefully and follow legal channels to avoid visa denials, financial loss or even deportation.
The book’s author, lawyer and Volta River Authority board member Wonder Victor Kutor, designed the publication to help readers understand the complex procedures involved in lawful migration, particularly to countries like the United States. It breaks down immigration rules, documentation requirements and strategies for preparing stronger visa applications.
Kulendi described The Immigration Formulae as a timely resource that fills a critical knowledge gap for many Ghanaians. He said accurate guidance is essential for individuals and families making important life decisions about opportunities abroad.
At the launch, the Supreme Court justice commended the author for producing a guide that could empower Ghanaians with practical and reliable information, urging prospective migrants to depend on credible sources rather than hearsay as they make plans to travel.
