Kwadee reveals how his style influenced Sarkodie’s success, leading to his BET recognition!
According to artist Okomfo Kwadee, Sarkodie benefited significantly from his musical style.
He believes the rapper’s decision to change his style helped him win a BET Award.
Kwadee, who has been out of the music scene for some time owing to health issues, gave an interview.
“I can say that Sarkodie learnt my style and that is what helped him win BET,” said the MC.
He said, “I have a song with Sarkodie, but people would say Sarkodie helped Kwadee, but in Kwadee’s view, Sarkodie is eating because he learned from me.
People on social media are harsh, putting artists against one another. So if the next time I have a huge hit and people believe Sarkodie is assisting me, it will prevent me from phoning him, which should not be the case,” he explained.
A recent video of the once-vibrant artist, Okomfo Kwadee, has left Ghanaians heartbroken and frightened since it depicts the harsh reality of his current predicament.
Okomfo Kwadee, once lauded for his talent and charisma, now appears ragged and poor, a far cry from his previous self.
In a video circulating on social media, Okomfo Kwadee is seen entertaining admirers on the streets of northern Ghana.
The once-respected musician now appears to be struggling, left to roam the streets with no apparent support or assistance.
