Famous Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Fella Makafui is already in the news once again. The actress is reportedly arrested for selling unregistered products to Ghanaians.
She was arrested based on several activities that goes against the rule of law. It is not allowed to sell any for of unregistered products to the public, the arrest happened on the 22nd of May, 2024.
Her reasons for arrest also involves false advertisement and dissemination of unapproved adverts by the FDA.
According to stories surrounding her arrest, Akwasi Koranteng, the lead investigator and his team of undercover journalists from ISPYGH 247 have been monitoring Fella’s social media activities in note of gathering solid information which says it clear that she has infringed the rule of law regarding the advertisement of unapproved products by the FDA.
Some of the products sixed during her arrest includes Fertility Tea (Fibroid And Womb Tea), Butt And Hips Enlargement Syrup, Butt And Hip Enlargement Oil, Booty Cream, Booty Scrub, Hip And Big Butt Tea, Breast Firming and Enlargement Cream and other different products.
Fella has agreed and accepted that most of the products she was selling did not passed through the right channel before being sold to the public.
The actress has been granted bail and awaits for further investigations.
